We know that things come up. If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please contact us 24 hours in advance so that we may refill your service provider's time. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window prior to the reservation will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.
PRIVI guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right—at no additional cost to you. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) to reserve a visit for any necessary adjustments. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. We recommend seeing the same service provider you originally saw to adjust your service, however, if you prefer to see a higher level service provider you will be charged the service level price difference.
